1. Enrolment/Registration Fees and Accommodation Placement Fees and Academic Placement fees are non refundable.

2. Students will not be permitted to commence or continue their course at the beginning of any semester until all outstanding fees, charges or accounts are paid.

3. Any payments not made by the due date will incur a late payment penalty of A$200 and will accrue a further penalty of A$50 per week or part week until the full amount owing has been paid.
   a. All tuition fees, less $200 application fee, will be refunded if the application for visa is rejected. In this instance, proof of refusal must be provided.
   b. Tuition fees will not be refunded if a student visa is cancelled or refused by the relevant authority due to the non-compliance on the part of the student with the rules and regulations set by the Australian Government.
   c. 50% of the tuition fees, less a $500 administration fee, will be refunded if the Institute receives a written notice of withdrawal at least 28 days before the commencement of the course.
   d. If the written notice is received less than 28 days prior to the commencement of the course, a 25% refund will apply, less a $500 administration fee.
   e. Exemptions to the above-mentioned cases may only occur where there are extenuating or compassionate grounds, as determined by the Director on an individual case assessment basis.

The application fee is non-refundable. Upon receipt of a visa or entry permit, tuition fees, under normal circumstances will not be refundable.

No reduction in tuition fees for students who arrive after course commencement will be considered. If an applicant accepts a place offered by the Institute and pays the fees it means a binding contract is created between the student and the Institute.

Notification of cancellation/withdrawal from unit(s), withdrawal or deferral from a course of study must be made in writing to the Institute.

Students terminated by the Institute will not be entitled to any refund of fees. Any fee refund is wholly at the discretion of the Institute.

In the case of cancellation/withdrawal, a cancellation fee as outlined below will be enforced. Refunds shall be provided within 4 weeks after receiving a written claim.

Before Commencement Date
More than 4 weeks, 30% of course fees.

In the event of any disagreement between the parties, the dispute resolution process of the institute do not circumscribe the student’s rights to pursue other legal remedies.
This agreement does not remove the right to take further action under Australia’s consumer protection laws.
