Announcement of Statement of Intent
The Australian Institute of Technology and Education continues to bring to fruition its vision for growth in education relations with China.
Chief Executive Officer of AITE, Mr Bill Kardamitsis was pleased to welcome Mr. Li Guang Yao, Vice President of Nanjing Radio and TV University and his delegation to the Institute on Wednesday 11th May, 2005.
The group were hosted by the AITE and the signing of a Statement of Intent between the two institutions took place at the Institute.
Mr. Li and Mr. Kardamitsis signed the agreement of an affiliation intent between the AITE and Nanjing Radio and TV University, agreeing to initiate negotiations as soon as practicable for program delivery and exchange.
This builds on the AITEís already substantial strong international connections in the area of international education provision. An up-and-coming China visit will see the finalization of this agreement signed and its content implemented.
